This Phoenix clinic specializes in the treatment of chronic pain, mental health, and/or substance use when necessary. All of our programs include an integration of mental health counseling, physical therapy, and medical support to address the whole person in a mind-body approach. Recovia’s team approach includes licensed behavioral health specialist (Psy-D, LCSW, LPC, LAC), physical therapists, and medical practitioners (NP or PA) in every visit. Just as life is a complete mind-body-social experience, your treatment plan should be as well.

Recovia (I-17 and Northern) is located just off the I-17 and Northern exit. Head east on Northern and you will see the 2-story white building on the south side of the street with Recovia signs on the building. To find the parking lot, turn right immediately after the building, and then drive around the back to park. Park around the second set of stairs and we are located on the second floor at suite 201.
