TAKE THE FIRST STEP
Recovia programs offer an integrated outpatient approach to address prescription medication dependency, chronic pain and substance abuse. All programs are based on an interdisciplinary treatment model, combining both medical, behavioral and holistic treatment modalities.
Our team of licensed professionals understands the unique struggle that each patient goes through when creating change, and for this reason we have created an environment that offers a comfortable and calm reprieve that promotes personal restoration. While there may be some fear about the detox and/or chronic pain management process, patients are given the tools they need to succeed. Recovia can help reduce dependency on multiple forms of prescription medication including but not limited to, Oxycodone, Morphine, Percocet, Hydrocodone, Fentanyl and Codeine. Medication tapers or MAT (medication assisted treatment) are administered under medical supervision, by a licensed medical practitioner.
Recovia also addresses substance abuse issues that may or may not have developed in response to pain or an injury. This includes addiction to heroin, Adderall and Benzodiazapines (like Xanax or Clonazepam).
What To Expect
The outpatient detox program is typically 6-weeks. Patients will participate between 3 - 5 days per week in a specifically developed daily schedule. Most programs are 3 hours blocks of time. Recovia will work with you to create a schedule that works best with for your individual needs. Treatment programs may include any or all of the following components:
Recovia offers a state-of-the art facility with advanced rehabilitation equipment and a tranquil treatment environment. Patients have access to a team of medical, behavioral and holistic providers, resources to address their specific needs, and comfortable relaxation rooms. We understand that detoxing can cause stress, anxiety and fear. We offer several ways to help manage these stressful factors and create a safe and comfortable experience throughout the process.
Following the completion of all programs, patients participate in Recovia's Supportive Care program. Supportive Care is typically 6 months to one year post active care completion. The goal of supportive care is to promote and advance gains from program long term. Supportive care visits are on a tapered schedule – typically 12 sessions over 6 months and include an hour of behavioral health as well as an hour of physical therapy. Supportive care for out of town clients will be customized to meet individual needs.
For patients traveling from out of town, Recovia is located in beautiful Scottsdale, Arizona. We have partnered with local hotels to provide accommodations for patients undergoing treatment. Click here for more information on travel and accommodations.
Recovia's outpatient opioid detox program includes MAT (Medication Assisted Treatment) to help patients safely and comfortably detox off of opioids. Our program can help reduce dependency on multiple forms of prescription medication including but not limited to, Oxycodone, Morphine, Percocet, Hydrocodone, Fentanyl, and Codeine. Medication tapers or MAT are administered under medical supervision, by a licensed medical practitioner. Opioid addiction and dependency involves the brain and body. Recovia provides a comprehensive treatment plan to help restore both.
Recovia's chronic pain program is frequently combined with the opioid detox program. Long term opiate therapy can actually contribute to pain over time so management of all causes of pain can help create a more effective pain management plan. At Recovia, we recognize that chronic pain is a multi-dimensional issue that impacts daily life on every level. Our goal is to help patients navigate different methods of pain management in order to create a more natural, long term pain plan.
Recovia's substance abuse and addiction program is typically a 6 week outpatient program, 3 – 5 times per week for approximately 3 hours per day. Our goal is to help patients safely and comfortably detox from any substance that is impeding function. This includes poly-substance (more than one drug) misuse and abuse including heroin and only if determined it is safe to do so in an outpatient setting. This is determined by Recovia's medical team during the initial phone and evaluative screening (480-712-4600).
RECOVIA is a multidisciplinary, outcome driven, functional program for chronic pain and opiod dependence. Patients enter a FLEXIBLE 4-6 week intensive outpatient program along with an up to 48 week supportive care program that includes medical management, behavioral health and physical therapy – all under one roof.
